Detailed Plan
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is honored to serve the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, welcoming millions annually from around the world, in addition to citizens and residents within the Kingdom, to perform the Hajj and Umrah rituals with ease and convenience.
The Guests of Allah Service Program provides high-quality facilities, advanced infrastructure, and digital services for those coming to the Two Holy Mosques from both abroad and within the country. This ensures that everyone enjoys a unique and unforgettable spiritual experience.
In Ramadan of 2019, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, launched the Guests of Allah Service Program to contribute to a new qualitative leap in serving millions of pilgrims from all over the world. The program conducts a thorough analysis of all touchpoints of the guest’s journey from the moment they conceive the idea of visiting the holy sites until their return home with the best memories.
The program works in collaboration with a large number of government bodies, the private sector, and the non-profit sector to ensure that the guests of Allah enjoy a rich and comprehensive experience.
The program facilitates the journey of the guests of Allah through several initiatives starting from the pre-arrival stage; most notably, expediting the visa issuance process in record time. During the performance of the rituals, the program launched the Nusuk platform, one of its key initiatives, providing a distinctive digital solution that offers numerous services to ease the journey of the guests of Allah.
In the experience enrichment stage, many initiatives have been presented, including the development and activation of various historical sites and heritage destinations, allowing the guests of Allah to enjoy an unforgettable spiritual and cultural experience—from the initial idea to lasting memories.
The quality of services provided to the guests of Allah does not stop at facilitating the rituals. The program also prides itself on enriching the guests' experience throughout their stay in the Kingdom, from the Makkah Route initiative to the health insurance initiative, the Hajj Without Luggage project, the Mecca Buses project, the shuttle service in Medina, and improving the quality of services and facilities. Additionally, it aims to enrich the Islamic cultural experience and promote the discovery and enjoyment of the Kingdom.
The program seeks to enhance the guests' experience by facilitating and easing the pilgrimage for millions of guests of Allah. It contributes to achieving the goal of Saudi Vision 2030 by enabling the largest number of Muslims to perform Hajj and Umrah by developing human resources and improving infrastructure. The program aims to prepare the Kingdom to host 15 million Umrah performers annually by 2025, through effective partnerships with the government, private, and non-profit sectors. This contributes to strengthening the Kingdom's position as a destination for Muslims from all over the world.
