Children in the Holy Mosque:
You can bring your children of all ages to perform prayers in the Holy Mosque of Mecca. If you wish for them to perform Umrah, you must obtain an Umrah permit for those over 5 years old from the Nusuk app. Ensure your child has an identification card or bracelet with their name and phone number, always hold their hand, and never let them wander off to avoid losing them in the crowd. Teach your child not to disturb other worshippers. The Holy Mosque also has a dedicated center for lost children, known as the "Lost Children Care Center," which receives lost children within the Grand Mosque. It is supervised by the Holy Mosque Security Force and ensures the safe return of lost children to their families.
Care for the Lost:
There are numerous guidance and counseling centers around the courtyards of the Holy Mosque of Mecca, dedicated entirely to serving and assisting lost pilgrims. These centers operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
